We partnered with a client to retrofit their existing office space, transforming it into a more collaborative and brand-aligned environment.
Our goal was to maximise the potential of the existing layout without a full rebuild.
We introduced flexible zoning that allows the space to shift between team huddles, client meetings and global townhalls.
Aesthetic updates, including a refreshed colour palette and updated finishes, brought the brand's new identity to life while keeping the space cohesive and inviting.

The brief was simple.
They needed a workspace that felt energetic, welcoming and unmistakably theirs, all within a practical scope.
Our goal was to deliver maximum impact through colour, flow and employee experience.
We introduced a vibrant colour palette that energises the workspace, alongside an optimised layout that improves movement and collaboration.

Shihlin

We partnered with Shihlin, a brand loved for its authentic Taiwanese street food to translate their refreshed identity into a physical retail space that truly embodies who they are.
A custom-designed booth with an open counter concept brings the ordering experience to the forefront, improving customer flow and reducing wait times.
A bold and bright colour palette energises the space, while the introduction of Shihlin's new mascot adds personality and charm, strengthening brand recall and customer engagement.
Thoughtfully designed customer touchpoints, from counter heights to digital menu boards, make ordering intuitive and engaging, while strategic material choices balance durability with design in a high-traffic environment.
Shihlin 2.0 is more than a refresh. It is a retail experience built for connection, efficiency and growth.

We partnered with a global technology client to reimagine a standard breakout area, transforming it into a strategic social hub designed to tackle the collaboration deficit head on.
They needed a space that encouraged connection, sparked conversation and made people actually want to step away from their desks.
Our goal was to create an environment that worked as hard as the people using it.
We introduced flexible seating zones that support both impromptu catch-ups and more structured team discussions.
A refreshed aesthetic with warm textures and thoughtful lighting made the space feel inviting, while integrated technology ensured seamless connectivity for hybrid teams.

From a brand-centric entrance that makes a memorable first impression, to a spacious breakout zone that doubles as a social hub for staff and a versatile venue for client hosting, every detail was shaped in close partnership with iOS's team.

We partnered with Telstra Digital Infrastructure to transform their Hong Kong office into a vibrant, hybrid-ready workplace inspired by "Connections that matter."
Our goal was to turn shared spaces into hubs where employees actually want to show up.
We redesigned the pantry into a hybrid townhall with bar-height islands and informal lounges, perfect for everything from morning coffee catch-ups to company-wide pitches.
